About me
Hello fellow anglers! I began fly fishing in the driftless region as soon as I began my first year of college at Winona State University. I instantly fell in love with the sport with a friend of mine who invited me out to East Burns Valley Creek. I caught my first trout (cutthroat in Bighorn National Forest) on the fly while on a road trip out to Yellowstone and Bozeman MT. The craft is a way for me to get away from school for a while; some would say it is my mental therapy. I currently am studying Earth Science Education and couldn't be more excited to begin my career as an educator, surely to spread the enjoyment of trout fishing to all my future students!
